Why use a Buyer's Advocate?
Not every buyer is a professional negotiator. As soon as a Real Estate Agent says HELLO, he/she starts qualifying you as a buyer asking indirect questions to find out what your budget is and how desperate you are to buy.
Questions such as "Have you missed out on any properties? What are the addresses? For how long have you been looking?" are asked not because agents have a genuine interest. This information helps them to identify your budget and your motives.
Please be aware that it will be used against you during the negotiations.
