HOME SELLING SUPPORT
Vendor and Buyer Advocacy, where people are valued, and ethical standards are as important as the financial part of the business.
Can Real Estate actually be ethical?
Can the purpose be to support Home Sellers and Home Buyers saving their time and money, rather than making it an expensive and challenging experience?

These are the questions we ask in Home Selling Support — Vendor and Buyer Advocacy services, where people are valued, and ethical standards are as important as the financial part of the business.
My name is Marina and I am a founder of Home Selling Support.
In 2018 I started my own project due to a lack of ethical standards I faced while working in sales departments. I noticed that in this industry money is often more important than people. It doesn't resonate with me: once I quit a well-paid job in the alcohol industry because of the same reason.

Having a Master's degree in Psychology, I have always been driven to people, willing to help. So I started questioning if Real Estate can actually be ethical?...

Selling a property?
Why use a Vendor's Advocate?
The traditional way to sell your home is to go straight to a Real Estate Agent. Why is this not the best way? It's because Real Estate Agencies often concentrate on their commissions only. That is to say that many agents aim for a sale but not for the TOP price.

This is where we can help to choose reliable agents and good negotiators by interviewing them on your behalf.

Buying a property?
Why use a Buyer's Advocate?
Not every buyer is a professional negotiator. As soon as a Real Estate Agent says HELLO, he/she starts qualifying you as a buyer asking indirect questions to find out what your budget is and how desperate you are to buy.

Questions such as "Have you missed out on any properties? What are the addresses? For how long have you been looking?" are asked not because agents have a genuine interest. This information helps them to identify your budget and your motives.

Please be aware that it will be used against you during the negotiations.
